• Perform extensive screening through credit check

Billing and Accounting:

• Require first month rent and damage deposit prior to tenant occupancy
• Collect monthly rental fees
• Carrying out tenant PRE move –in and move-out inspections of the property

Charges:

Our Edmonton property management services cost are the greater of:

$150/month or 10% of the monthly rent + gst.
The initial marketing fee for setting up your property is a one-time fee of $250 including GST.
