Circuit training is one of the best full body workout routines you can do because you're working every part of your body. Circuit training is great because you don't need equipment, giving you flexibility in where you do your workout. Outdoor circuit training is a very broad term, with lots of different types of workouts so you can choose one that suits your fitness level. Pick a spot on your driveway or venture out to a park, no matter where you are you'll be able to get a great workout in.

Whether you're a golf pro, or just a beginner, you can enjoy the fresh air and great weather all throughout the spring and summer. Rent a golf cart or walk the fairways, either way you'll be getting a good workout and some much needed fresh air after a long winter.
