Who Are We?

Remax Rental Advisors is a property management company that started in 2008 at a local pub in SW Edmonton. After all, 2007 was a tough year for real estate sales, after a couple of years of crazy bidding wars.  It was founded by Yaz and Shahir, both highly successful real estate agents. Yaz became licensed in 2004, while Shahir had been active in real estate even before 2002. They began working together and found success as a team. 

Our company was born out of necessity when the real estate market shifted in 2007. After selling over 140 units in one summer, many of their clients needed someone to manage their properties as rentals since selling or flipping was no longer a viable option. 

Our core values revolve around providing exceptional service, which they acknowledge is challenging in the property management industry. They focus on three guiding principles:
